We hired Griffin Protection Services for a large indoor/outdoor celebration in Mill Valley with over 300 guests and they exceeded every expectation.
We needed a team that could manage both indoor and outdoor spaces, keep conduct orderly, and help keep the gathering safe and comfortable--- this is exactly what we got.  From the moment their guards arrived --on time and professionally presented -- it was clear we were in good hands.  Every member of the team was polite and warm with our guests, never intrusive, and genuinely easy to have around.
When a situation arose that needed to be handled, they addressed it with real intelligence and good judgement . Running a large event comes with a lot of moving parts, and knowing the safety piece was covered --and covered well--made all the difference.

We’ve had an excellent experience with the security patrol team at our apartment complex. The guards were consistently professional, responsive, and highly visible throughout the property, which made residents feel much safer. I recently hired Griffin Protection Services for security services and honestly could not be more impressed with the level of professionalism and reliability they provided. From the very beginning, their communication was excellent. They took the time to understand exactly what we needed, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Griffin Security has done a great job at our complex. We tend to have problems with other tenants parking in our space and each time they've come out has been super quick and they issue a parking ticket. It gives me a sense of safety seeing their lights on while driving through the property!
