“I recently had the opportunity to observe the Griffin Protective Services team at a Bay Area event, and their professionalism truly stood out. The staff demonstrated excellent interaction with both guests and clients, and each guard was sharply dressed and carried themselves with a positive, confident attitude.

We hired Griffin Protection Services for a large indoor/outdoor celebration in Mill Valley with over 300 guests and they exceeded every expectation.
We needed a team that could manage both indoor and outdoor spaces, keep conduct orderly, and help keep the gathering safe and comfortable--- this is exactly what we got. From the moment their guards arrived --on time and professionally presented -- it was clear we were in good hands. Every member of the team was polite and warm with our guests, never intrusive, and genuinely easy to have around.
When a situation arose that needed to be handled, they addressed it with real intelligence and good judgement . Running a large event comes with a lot of moving parts, and knowing the safety piece was covered --and covered well--made all the difference.
We will hire Griffin Protection Services again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone planning a large event that requires a security presence that is both effective and personable.

We’ve had an excellent experience with the security patrol team at our apartment complex. The guards were consistently professional, responsive, and highly visible throughout the property, which made residents feel much safer. They handled issues quickly and respectfully, kept a strong presence during late-night hours, and communicated well with both management and tenants.

Their patrols helped reduce disturbances and gave our community real peace of mind. It’s clear they take their job seriously and genuinely care about the safety of the property and residents. I would absolutely recommend this company to any apartment community looking for reliable and professional security services.

We recently used Griffin Protection Services for hotel security in San Jose, and honestly, they’ve been great to work with. The guards are professional, respectful, and always on time. We needed reliable security coverage for our property, especially during busy hours, and their team handled everything really well.

What I liked most was that the guards stayed alert and visible without making guests feel uncomfortable. Their management team also checked in regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly.

After working with a few different security companies in the past, I can say Griffin Protection Services has been one of the better experiences we’ve had. Definitely recommend them if you need dependable hotel security in the San Jose area.

I recently hired Griffin Protection Services for security services and honestly could not be more impressed with the level of professionalism and reliability they provided. From the very beginning, their communication was excellent. They took the time to understand exactly what we needed, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

What stood out most to me was how professional and attentive their team was on site. Every guard showed up on time, looked professional, stayed alert, and treated everyone with respect. You can tell they genuinely care about safety and take their responsibilities seriously. We had several situations where they handled issues calmly and professionally without escalating anything, which gave us a lot of confidence in their team.

Another thing I appreciated was how responsive management was. Anytime we had a question or needed adjustments to coverage, they responded quickly and made things happen without any hassle. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days.

If you’re looking for a dependable security company in the San Jose area, I would absolutely recommend Griffin Protection Services. They’ve earned our trust and will definitely be the first company we call again in the future. 5 stars all the way.

Griffin Security has done a great job at our complex. We tend to have problems with other tenants parking in our space and each time they've come out has been super quick and they issue a parking ticket. It gives me a sense of safety seeing their lights on while driving through the property!
